• Destiny Dream Makers

  Began with exactly that... A DREAM. Imagine a child with disabilities, social acceptance issues, or coming from an extremely challenging home environment...then, imagine giving that child a gift that could change their life forever! For the first time ever, Destiny is proud to introduce a special needs team! It has individuals of all ages dealing with Down Syndrome, Autism, and other learning and social disabilities. $2500 is all it takes to fully fund one of these special young athletes!

  • The Program

    This is a cheerleading program that is here to help children learn new skills, bring out hidden talents, provide a safe place for children to have fun and make new friendships regardless of their unique needs. With your help, this program can give these children an opportunity of a lifetime through cheerleading, tumbling, and fitness without the concerns of a finacial burden.

  • How will your contributions make a difference?

    Often, the only thing that separates any young person from a great opportunity is parents' or caregivers' inability to fund that opportunity. This program can remove that issue, making this dream a reality for a special child.

    A Destiny DreamMaker is a group or individual that has the finacial freedom to give at least a full year to one or more of these athletes.

  Anyone Can Be an Allstar... but with Hard Work, Encouragement, Caring Coaches, and Fun at the Same Time... You Will Be a Destiny Star! If you could not make it to tryouts and would like to be an allstar, please give us a call at 615-452-2345. All ages and skill levels are welcome! EVERYONE makes a team!

  • We will be continuing our Developmental All-Star program for the 2013-2014 season.

  • If you want to start cheering but would like some experience first, developmental allstars is for you!

  • This is a team that tumbles, stunts, jumps, cheers, and dances just like our other teams.

  • You will not travel and compete.

  • This may also help you get ready for school squad tryouts for or next year's all-star tryouts.

  CONGRATULATIONS 2014-2015 Destiny Allstars, It's our pleasure to welcome you into the Destiny family! We are so blessed that you have chosen Destiny! It's going to be an amazing year with lots of new skills and new traditions! We will be doing things a little differently because choreography is in August this year. We have divided the allstars into levels and working level appropriate skills. Tentatively, two weeks prior to camp, we will divide these groups by age as close as possible. If you want to be on a certain level you will have the chance to show that by working during this time period. If you are at the level you would like to be at for this season please use this time to continue getting better! This could also work in a way that an individual may move down a level. Please understand that IF that happens, it is not personal but only to help you/your athlete for their future in cheerleading. We want what is best for you/your athlete. We look forward to the season ahead!!! God Bless!!

  • Mandatory Parent & Athlete Meeting

    May 13th (or) May 15th at 6pm. This will be the same information so you and your athlete only need to attend one session. Please bring all paperwork. We will be answering questions, handing out calendars for practices, fundraiser information, and any other valuable information. Also please put in writing your vacation schedules to turn in at the meeting.

• Classes

  Now Enrolling!!! Call Today to Get Signed up in a Tumble Class! Classes fill up quickly! Multiple child discount or multiple class discount available! Destiny offers all levels of tumbling classes. From a forward roll to a double full we can accommodate all levels of tumbling. Whether you are a competitive gymnast or recreational tumbler, we can teach you the skills required for the next level. We have now added in-ground trampolines, twisting spotting rig, in-ground tumble tracks, and two in-ground foam block pits to go along with our two competition spring floors, and carpet bonded foam floor. For the recreational and advanced tumbler we also have several different styles of tumbling mats, which include handspring machines, handspring wedges, octagons, panel mats, sting mat, and resi landing pit. Allow us to train your child in his or her beginner tumbling skills or elite tumbling skills. We're ready when you are!

  • Private Lessons

    Destiny also offers private lessons for students currently enrolled in gym classes. These lessons are priced and scheduled by individual instructors. A private lesson is a one-on-one, focusing on the specific skills needed or requested.

  • Developmental Allstars

    This is a class instructed like the allstars. The team does not compete. Developmental works on tumbling, stunts, motions, jumps, cheer technique, stretches, and other aspects of cheerleading. This is the perfect class to get you ready for school or allstar tryouts.

• Skill Levels

  Each tumble class will have a written evaluation at the end of each month to determine whether the athlete is at the appropriate level. Our tumbling classes are divided by skill levels as follows:

  • Intro

    All body positions (pike, straddle, tuck) front and back rolls, headstands and handstands, cartwheels, bridges/backbend, tight body falls, front and back walkovers, roundoffs, jumpbacks, and introducing the handspring.

  • Level 1

    Standing handsprings, round off back handspring, punch front, intro to tucks, baranis, handstand snap downs, and dive rolls.

  • Level 2

    Front handsprings, round off handspring series, back handsprings, standing series, standing series.

  • Level 3

    Layouts, whips, fulls, doubles, standing fulls.
